My journey started as the founder of Aerial Yoga Goddess, a global brand I built from the ground up.

What began as a local studio in Sarasota, Florida quickly became a waitlisted phenomenon. From there, I scaled my business online, launching courses, hosting retreats, and connecting with a worldwide community.

  • I sold out my first online course in days, bringing in more revenue than I’d made in months.
  • I filled a 27-woman retreat in just two days, ultimately hosting 22 retreats around the world.
  • I built multiple income streams, scalable systems, and a legacy that combined strategy with passion.

But at the peak of my success, life threw me an unexpected challenge. After being struck by a car going 45 mph while walking across a crosswalk, I faced an intense recovery period that forced me to pause and redefine what success meant.

I took that life-altering moment as an opportunity to reinvent myself. I leaned into my strengths—branding, strategy, and leadership—to create a new path.
